therefore we advise you to consult the website of the municipality of Palermo to ascertain the times in which the ZTL zone is active.

The Divisi Suites & SPA offers all its guests a free high-speed internet connection, both in the suites and in the common areas, capable of guaranteeing excellent coverage throughout the entire structure.
Breakfast is served every morning, from 08:00 to 10:00 in the ancient ballroom, where our guests can start the day enjoying a delicious buffet breakfast.

After 7.00 pm, our guests will use the Self Check-In service, receiving a message before their arrival containing the access codes to the structure and all the instructions necessary to independently acquire the key to their suite.

We have equipped each suite with a coffee corner with the well-being of our guests in mind so as to allow them to enjoy a short break at any time of the day and in the privacy of their suite, choosing from a wide selection of coffees, teas or herbal teas.
Our guests will find in their suite a useful courtesy set from the “Feel Wellness” line including shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, all clinically tested, without synthetic colors and tested for nickel.
Our guests will be able to take advantage of a rich selection of Italian and foreign books.
Each of the six exclusive suites is equipped with high-quality bed linen and towels. We only choose white cotton sateen sheets and, for the entire bathroom line, a soft and consistent sponge.
To guarantee the safety of our guests, all suites are equipped with modern safes where you can store your valuables.

It is possible to request assistance for the transfer service to and from the airports of Palermo, Trapani and Catania up to 24 hours before arrival or departure.
